The Partnership Trap: Why Merging Your Business Didn't Free Up Your Time

I merged my business to work less. I ended up working more. That was Daniel Francavilla's reality. He went in with a clear plan. Merge the agency, spread the load, then carve out time for speaking, consulting, and teaching. Smart on paper. Freedom has to be built into the deal from day one. Otherwise, you're just two people sharing the same chaos. P.S. Have you ever made a business decision expecting more freedom, only to end up more buried? What happened?
