Here's something that's been sitting with me. Modern architecture looks incredible on paper. Clean lines, glass facades, award-winning designs. But when you actually walk through a lot of these buildings, something feels off. You can't always put your finger on it. It just doesn't feel good. Arch. Pier Paolo Alberghini says he knows why. Modern architects have shifted from right-brain thinking, the intuitive side, to left-brain thinking, the purely scientific side. And when you block intuition out of the design process, you lose the ability to create spaces that actually make people feel something. Think about the last time you walked into an old cathedral or temple. Elevated. Peaceful. More energetic. Those buildings were designed by people who understood how a space should feel, not just how it should look. He also warns about something most people are ignoring. The long-term impact of cell phones and computers on your brain. Specific safeguards exist to reduce that exposure. Most people aren't using them. And chronic exposure, he says, could lead to serious consequences. Including Alzheimer's. I'm a tech guy. I'm on my phone and computer all day. But when someone with a background in architecture and environmental design starts connecting those dots, I pay attention. Your environment is either supporting your health or quietly working against it. P.S. Are you doing anything right now to reduce your EMF exposure or protect yourself from long-term tech impact?

You're Using AI Wrong. Here's What Smart Actually Looks Like
In this video, I'm breaking down how I actually use AI as a strategic partner, not just a content machine. I walk through a real example: building a custom AI thread trained to act as a CFIA compliance expert to review product can artwork for a client. We're talking French translations, ingredient order, regulatory requirements, all checked automatically. Plus, how I use AI to get past writer's block without losing my own creative voice. If you've been treating AI like a vending machine, this one's going to change how you think about it. ๐ Subscribe for more real talk on AI, marketing, and business growth.

Ancient Cathedrals vs Modern Offices: Why One Elevates You and One Destroys You
Biogeometry expert and Vice President of Biogeometry for Europe PIER PAOLO ALBERGHINI reveals the ancient science behind why certain buildings make you feel elevated, peaceful, and restored — and why most modern architecture does the exact opposite. In this episode of Drop The Mic with Jason Hunt, Pier Paolo breaks down the measurable Earth energy that ancient Roman architects, Renaissance masters, and pyramid builders all harnessed deliberately, and how he and Dr. Ibrahim Karim are reviving it in projects from Toronto to Turks and Caicos. Pier Paolo trained directly under Dr. Ibrahim Karim, the founder of biogeometry, and has harmonized residential and commercial buildings across Toronto, Geneva, and Florence. One of his most documented cases: a Parkinson's patient given 2-3 years to live survived 13 more years in a biogeometry-harmonized home — published in a 2013 Montreal architectural magazine. He now serves as lead biogeometry architect on the Casitas at Kokomo Botanical Resort, 16 healing-designed buildings in Turks and Caicos built to emanate restorative energy across a 5-kilometre radius. He explains: - Why ancient cathedrals and pyramids were deliberately built on Earth "power spots" — and why modern architects have no equivalent training or framework - The Parkinson's patient given 2-3 years who lived 13 more years after moving into a harmonized home - How 16 buildings at the golden ratio (1.618) create a healing energy emanation reaching 5 kilometres in every direction - Why your phone and computer without a biosignature attachment may be contributing to long-term neurological damage - 13 practical changes you can make to your home or office right now to reduce EMF exposure and improve energy flow - Why sleeping under a cathedral ceiling desiccates you the same way an unharmonized pyramid desiccates a mummy - The 1700 Cartesian shift that made humanity abandon right-brain intuition — and the signs it's finally returning - How to find power spots anywhere using pendulums from Amazon — and what to do when you find one TIMESTAMPS: 00:00 – Intro 05:14 – What Is Biogeometry? The Roller Coaster Nobody Warned You About in Business
Real talk. Nobody actually tells you what public speaking feels like. It's this wild combo of excitement and nerves all at once. Like you're sitting in that roller coaster car, slowly climbing the first hill. You know the drop is coming. Then you finish. You walk off stage after the Q&A. And that high? It's like the final whistle of a rugby game. Relief. Accomplishment. And it sticks with you for days. That's why I keep saying yes to more stages. It's not comfortable. It's not supposed to be. But that's exactly where the good stuff lives. Have you ever done public speaking? Tell me what it's like for you right before you go on. ๐ ๐ Subscribe for more real talk on personal branding, marketing, and entrepreneurship.

Why the Events You Almost Skip Are Usually the Most Valuable
In this video, I'm talking about why showing up to business events even when you're busy is worth it, the actual feeling of walking off stage after a Q&A, and why I believe seeking challenge is a core value. There's a high that comes from finishing a presentation and walking off stage. I compare it to the final whistle of a rugby game. And for me personally, boredom is far more dangerous than stress. That's why I keep saying yes to stages, events, and rooms that make me a little uncomfortable. ๐ Subscribe for more real talk on entrepreneurship, mindset, and marketing.

AI doesn't know your stories.
AI doesn't know your stories. You need to feed them in. The difference between generic AI content and content that actually resonates? Your personal experiences. When I train AI on my voice, I don't just upload writing samples. I feed it my stories: The time I went door-to-door in Buffalo trying to land clients for my startup agency. The conversation with my wife when she told me she was pregnant right after encouraging me to quit my $100K job offer. The moment I realized SEO actually worked after years of dismissing it. These stories are what make my content uniquely mine. AI can structure them better. Help me find the hook. Make the lesson land harder. But the raw material? That comes from living it. Your personal experiences are your competitive advantage. AI can't replicate what only you have lived. Stop asking AI to create content from scratch. Start feeding it your stories and letting it help you tell them better. The content that connects isn't the most polished. It's the most personal.
