The Content Ecosystem That Builds Trust on Autopilot

Most people think content is just... content. Post something, hope it lands, repeat. That's not a strategy. That's a prayer. Daniel Francavilla broke it down differently. He calls it a content ecosystem, and it's built in three layers: ✅ Founder content. Your face, your voice, your perspective. ✅ Company content. What your brand puts out. ✅ Community content. What other people say about you. These don't just coexist. They compound. If you're only doing company content, you're basically a logo talking to people. Nobody knows, likes, or trusts a logo. Add the founder layer and now there's a real human behind the brand. Add the community layer and that's social proof you couldn't buy. Daniel also talked about why he merged his business. Not for growth. To free up time for speaking, consulting, and teaching. That hits close to home for me. The goal isn't to hustle harder. It's to build something that creates breathing room. At the end of the day, trust is the whole game. A content ecosystem is how you build it consistently, not just when you feel like posting. P.S. Which layer is the weakest for you right now: founder, company, or community?
