I never thought about how the corners of my room were affecting my energy. Or that my bed being too close to the wall was messing with my sleep. But Pier Paolo Alberghini makes a pretty compelling case. He talks about something most people completely overlook when setting up their home or office. Here's what he recommends: Quarter rounds in every 90-degree corner. Energy gets stuck in sharp corners. This keeps it moving. Keep your desk and bed at least 40 cm from the walls. Electrical wires emit EMF even when your devices are off. Remove metal objects from under your bed. Metal attracts EMF right toward you while you sleep. Ditch the metal bed frame. Go wood. Metal amplifies the problem. Wood doesn't. I'll be honest. I didn't expect to care about this. But when the logic connects architecture to how your body performs in a space, it's hard to ignore. Your environment is either working for you or against you. Might be worth checking which one it is. P.S. Have you ever made a simple change to your space and noticed a real difference in how you felt or slept?
